Tarbert, as seen from Castle Tarbert. It's a fishing village on the Kintyre Peninsula, where I packed smoked salmon for
3 weeks. (I don't recommend it!)
Southcliffe, the bed & breakfast where I lived in Tarbert. Leslie and Martin Jeffries were the best hosts! My room
was at the very top, the left window.
Sylvia and Valerie, both from Canada. We 3 traded massages, and needed it after standing on our feet in the fish factory
for 12 hours straight!
Morne and Sharon, a couple from South Africa, and me in the middle, just after cutting my hair all off! Sharon and Morne
and I traveled to Edinburgh together.
The Bad Ass and Dirty Dick's, both on Rose Street in Edinburgh. I thought the Bad Ass's motto was rather amusing: "Fine
wine, ales and ketchup!"
